Get paid for your work, not the other way round

"Life is not easy...", Cai sighs
Scammers robbed him of his savings, so soon he will have to sleep on the streets ╮(╯▽╰)╭
Cai decides to learn for people around him
While others take a break, he spend his free time hustling doing part-time work
So did Cai manage to earn extra money?
Yes and no
In the end, he loses more than he gets
Let's see what happened

01

Cai's first part-time job requires him to farm top-ups for an app. He downloaded the app, registered an account and charged top-ups. Cai received commissions for his effort. But when he tried to withdraw the commissions, the app crashed.

[Note] Top-up farming is a type of order farming which is not only illegal, but also very likely to be a scam.

02

Cai's second part-time job is account rental. It is not so much of a job since all he needs to do is to rent his WeChat account out for a fee. In the end, he got paid, but his WeChat account was used for criminal activities.

[Note] Scammers rent social media accounts to carry out money laundering, fraudulent and other criminal activities. You will get others as well as yourself in trouble.

03

Cai's third part-time job involves the releasing of accounts. He uses his identity to help release some WeChat accounts that have been suspended previously. Of course, these accounts were usually suspended because they were operated by scammers.

[Note] Helping release suspended accounts may make you an accomplice to cyber crimes.

04

Cai's fourth part-time job is that of a referrer. Basically, he add his friends into different chat groups. As for what is the true intention of these chat groups, of course, they will not let Cai know.

[Note] If these groups are used as tools for criminal activities, then naturally, the referrers will be implicated as well.

Besides these,

Video click farming, chat group invitation code rental

Posting of ads in WeChat Moments

...

Part-time jobs that don't actually make money

Cai has done them all

His sweat and tears taught him a good lesson

Which can be summarized in 3 sentences

Don't do work that asks you to pay

Don't do work that is illegal

Don't do work that promises you returns without asking you to do much

These "works" not only causes you trouble

They will cause trouble for the society

Stay vigilant and keep a lookout

If you see any suspicious job ads on WeChat, report them through the app!
