Introduction

We encourage WeChat users to report any potential violations of Community Guidelines to us via the in-app user reporting function on the WeChat app. Once we receive your user report, our content moderation team will review the user report to determine whether there has been a violation of these Community Guidelines. Please note that we will only take action against a reported user if we determine that there has been such a violation. If we determine that the reported user has not violated these Community Guidelines or if there is, in our view, insufficient evidence to prove that the reported user has committed such a violation, we will not take any actions against the reported user. In addition to human review, we also use artificial intelligence (“AI”) and other content moderation tools to assist us with the review of user reports and identification of violating content on the WeChat platform.
