When using WeChat, you agree not to engage in any activity that may be harmful to the rights and interests of WeChat and/or any of our users.

• You may not upload, share, publish, transmit, stream or otherwise make available on or through the WeChat platform any content that:

a) contains any deceptive, fraudulent or misleading information, news, business schemes, proposals or transactions;
b) amounts to “deepfake”, which is the use of deep learning AI to replace the likeness of one person with another in video and other digital media, as well as other similar generative AI content intended to deceive or mislead others;
c) depicts disgusting or nauseous scenes, or contains psychological implications of such, which are inappropriate to the general audience or unacceptable to the public;
d) is an advertisement or solicitation of business which is intended for marketing of any products via our Services other than in accordance with the WeChat Terms of Service;
e) misrepresents or disparages WeChat, its affiliates or any products or services provided by WeChat and/or its affiliates ;
f) retransmits any television broadcasts, live concerts, sports events, competitions or other live events without the prior consent of the broadcaster, concert or event organizer (as the case may be);
g) creates a risk of loss or damage to any person or property;
h) performs aid campaign for special purposes and financial aid (donation) organization for special purposes without the accurate and comprehensive clear permission of the authorized bodies; or
i) encourages or is likely to encourage any content that we prohibit under these Community Guidelines.
